Patients in whom an invasive biopsy is recommended due to suspected breast cancer based on clinical-laboratory (palpable mass, changes in breast size, skin dimpling, and other noticeable skin changes, elevated tumor markers CA15-3, CEA) and/or imaging data (ultrasound, mammogram, MRI)

Diagnostic Characteristics

The clinical sensitivity of the test is >99%, as confirmed on samples from 3,991 patients with breast cancer.
The clinical specificity of the test is 98.70% and 95.47%, as established in the evaluation of 700 cases with benign disease and 12,009 asymptomatic individuals, respectively.
The clinical sensitivity and specificity of the test for detecting circulating tumor DNA are 73.17% and 93.75%, respectively
